The website is run by Birmingham City Council (BCC) but it does not endorse or recommend any of the services or providers included.

Providers are entirely responsible and liable for maintaining their accounts, listings and any pricing and ensuring the content is accurate and up-to-date.
Birmingham City Council does not accept any liability or responsibility for the accuracy of the information or the suitability of any of the services described on the site for a particular purpose.

Birmingham City Council reserves the right to refuse access to the web-site, terminate accounts, remove or edit content. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. The details you provide should be current and correct.

You may wish to inform us if you believe the content of any listing is defamatory via the “Feedback” button at the top of the web-site.
